While your physician focuses on diagnosis and treatment, I bridge the gap by guiding you in applying those medical recommendations to your daily life. Coaching offers a personalized, action-based approach—helping you build new neural pathways through mindset shifts, repetition, and small, consistent changes that rewire how you think, feel, and act.

What can I expect during the free 15-minute consultation?
This is a relaxed and confidential phone or virtual session where we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and whether health coaching is a good fit. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, share what’s on your heart, and begin shaping a plan that aligns with your vision for well-being.

As a health coach, I partner with you to focus on your future goals—offering accountability, tools, and personalized support to help you move forward, not backward. My coaching is not a substitute for therapy, but can work beautifully alongside it.

Can health coaching help with stress and anxiety?
