Cancellation Policy

Copper Package – $350.00 (4 weeks) Includes: 2 sessions + 2 check-ins Option 1: Full Payment - $350.00 due before the first session Option 2: Installments - $175.00 due before the first session - $175.00 due before the second session Important Payment Terms: ✔️ All coaching fees must be paid in advance to secure your sessions. ✔️ Payments must clear and be received into the business account before your session begins. ✔️ Late payments may lead to session delays, rescheduling, or cancellation. ✔️ Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments. Renewals: - Copper, Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans do not auto-renew. - Clients will be notified before the plan ends and must confirm continuation or changes. - Rate adjustments (if any) will be communicated in advance. Cancellation & Refund Policy: - 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded. - Refunds for unused sessions in a package will be prorated based on the original discounted rate. - A $15 rescheduling fee may apply if cancellation notice is less than 24 hours. If you choose to cancel before completing your package, any unused sessions or check-ins will be refunded at the original package rate, minus a 25% administrative fee to account for preparation time and reserved scheduling. Sessions already delivered or actively prepared are not eligible for refund.
