Think of it like a car that is out of alignment. It naturally pulls to one side unless you take control of the wheel but holding the wheel straight is only temporary. Without proper repair, it will keep drifting. The same is true within us: when the mind, body, or soul is off balance, our thoughts and energy follow that misalignment, pulling our focus away from peace.
Much of our restlessness comes from the ego, that inner voice that constantly compares, plans, and worries. While the ego seeks control, the soul seeks connection. When we begin to quiet the ego through mindfulness, prayer, or time in nature, we reconnect with our true self and start to experience life as it was truly meant to be lived: peaceful, aware, and free.
